Elvis Presley was the king of rock and roll, or "The King." He shocked many people with his dance moves and his music. He became famous by going to Sun Studios in Memphis, Tenessee and playing his music. By Spring of 1956, he was popular nation-wide and teenagers would flock to his concerts. Elvis was not only a singer but he was also an actor and star in the film Love Me Tender.
